Crossroads C&I fabricates and distributes ROCKWOOL SEAROX® Marine series of non-combustible stone wool products. They are designed for thermal and fire protection in marine applications. Insulation is available in both board and blanket.

These products are suitable for a full range of temperature applications including boilers, vessels, tanks, ducts, ovens, mufflers, and exhaust stacks.

SEAROX® PS968 Marine

For your marine pipe insulation requirements, Crossroads C&I distributes SEAROX® PS968. A rigid mandrel wound pipe product made of strong, preformed stone wool insulation.

This product is designed for moisture intense applications, such as steam and process pipe systems operating at temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C), where energy conservation, personnel protection and fire control are concerns. Engineered for thermal and fire protection in marine applications.

Fire resistant; non-combustible, with melting point of approx. 2150°F (1177°C).

Used in shipbuilding and other applications, Ultimate distributed by Crossroads C&I, provides excellent fire protection in addition to superior thermal and acoustical performance. It is a non-combustible, high temperature insulation composed of high melting temperature fibers that delivers substantial weight savings compared to traditional stone wool marine insulation. It is available unfaced or faced on one side with fiber scrim-reinforced aluminum facing (FSK), black glass tissue, glass fiber fabric or wire mesh.
